  • Listen on a desktop: a live listening room hosted by a sample account with one person listening and a Join button, and under it Continue listening with a sample episode.

    Resume where you stopped, a queue you can reorder by dragging or from the keyboard, saved episodes and playback speed.

    Transcripts

    A creator can upload a transcript for an episode. A timed one follows the episode as it plays, and pressing a line takes you to that second.

  • Listen for a sample account: Episodes to try lists three sample episodes from another account's show, each with a line saying why it is there.

    On Listen, episodes from other people's shows, ordered by the same rules as For you. A new show's episode gets a first audience as a new post does.

    A player that stays with you

    One player, a bar along the bottom, that keeps playing as you move around the app. Controls on a lock screen and on headphones are written and have not been tried on a phone.
