I sit on kerbs and draw buildings until someone asks me to move. Ink first, colour later, coffee throughout. A sample account that shows how Rivyra looks.

@two_stops_over I think I drew one of your tram stops by accident. Small shelter, big sky, nobody in it?
Looking up. One page, panned slowly, because the street was taller than my sketchbook. #urbansketching
Harbour in the morning, market by lunch. Bought plums to draw and ate them first. #sketchbook
1 / 2Trams do not hold still. This is my fourth attempt and the first with the right number of wheels. #urbansketching
A man watched me draw his shop for twenty minutes, then told me the door is on the other side. He was right.
Up the steps, then the tower from the top of them. Ran out of light before I ran out of roofs. #sketchbook #watercolour
1 / 2Day 1. The cafe opposite my room opens at seven. I drew it instead of going in. Regret came at about nine. #urbansketching
